Silver Garra (Garra cf. gotyla)

The Silver Garra or Sucker Head (Garra cf. gotyla) is found in watersheds throughout India. A hardy, loosely schooling species, the Silver Garra makes an excellent algae eater and grazer but should be provided with a varied diet including plenty of protein. A social species, they will do best in groups of 3-5 or more.
