Nemadoras elongatus


A rare thorny Doradid catfish, the Nemadoras elongatus is native to Rio Juruá in Brazil. These fish grow up to 5 inches long and are generally peaceful with tankmates. Their unique scalation and rarity in the trade make them a desirable choice for many freshwater aquarists.
