Growing up to 24 inches long, these formidable fish are native to fresh and brackish waters of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other surrounding countries. The predatory Indian Striped Peacock Eel is generally peaceful towards tankmates with similar temperaments that are large enough to not be considered a meal.
