The charming Hulk Orange Shrimp (Neocaridina denticulata) gets its name from the Marvel superhero Hulk, because of its primary green coloration. Underneath the green lies an orange second hue. Their velvety green and orange coloring makes these shrimp a terrific addition to the aquarium and offers a fun color variation different from many of the more commonly available Caridina and Neocaridina freshwater shrimp in the hobby. Their coloration is highly variable and greatly influenced by the intensity of the light on them. For best orange tones, a bright light is necessary.
