Albino Dantum Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare)

A recently developed selectively bred strain of angelfish, the albino dantum is a distinctive and impressive fish which displays a similar body shape to the altum angel although it supposedly is P. scalare. With its long fins, tall body, and beautiful yellow bars and pure white base color, this strain is extremely popular among hobbyists and makes for an impressive display fish.

Compatibility: A relatively peaceful cichlid, they can be aggressive toward conspecifics and will eat very small fish as adults
