    The Amapa Tetra (Hyphessobrycon amapaensis) also known as the Red Line Tetra originates from Amapá state in Brazil. This small characin makes a great nano fish addition to any aquarium. They will especially appreciate a planted setup with a soft sand bottom. The bright red streak along their lateral line will stand out intensely under bright lighting. Like most small tetras, they do best in groups of 5 or more.
